Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. In addition, we also accept bank transfers. Please note that processing orders by bank transfer can take up to 6 business days.
Individual
For Individual Gifting customers, payment is split into two parts: our service fee and purchase of the gift.
Service Fee: Once you decide to use our service, we will send you our Terms & Conditions, along with a payment link for the service fee, which can be paid through our secure payment portal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
Gift Purchase: When you receive your gift options, you’ll receive payment links for both options. Select the gift you prefer, and pay via the link provided or bank transfer.
Corporate
Corporate customers will receive a quote and payment terms after an initial consultation. Payments can then be made through our secure payment portal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
Rare Finds
For Rare Finds customers, payment is split into two parts: our service fee and purchase of the item we source.
Service Fee: You will receive a quote for the service fee after an initial consultation. Payment can then be made through our secure payment portal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
Gift Purchase: Then, once we’ve sourced your item, you will receive a second payment link to make the purchase.
Delivery
We work with reputable couriers (like DPD and Hermes) to ensure your gifts or items arrive on time and in perfect condition. Since everyone is different, we procure 2 or 3 custom quotes for each client, so you have the flexibility to choose the shipping method that suits you best.
Individual
Delivery options and fees are outlined with your two gift options. These are calculated based upon the delivery destination, shipping method and gift weight and dimensions.
Corporate
Delivery options and fees are outlined in your bespoke gifting strategy.
Rare Finds
Delivery options and fees are calculated based upon the delivery destination, shipping method and item weight and dimensions.
