How much do your services cost?

Depending on the service you require, you pay a set fee to retain our services. This service fee covers the cost of our time spent researching and sourcing gifts, as well as wrapping and supplies. Fees begin at £125 for one gift, which includes two gift options for you to choose from. Annual packages are also available at a tiered discount and The Club membership is available for those who would like us to look after all of their gifting needs. Service fees for Corporate and Rare Finds clients are based on the size and scope of each project.

 

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Card payments are made through our secure payment portal, Stripe. Alternatively payments can be made by bank transfer. For more detailed information on Payments, please click here.

 

How long will it take to receive my gift ideas?

We ask for up to three business days to deliver gift ideas after receiving questionnaires or completing a telephone consultation. This gives us adequate time to research unique gift ideas and source them from our extensive network of vendors. For those with time constraints, please do get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Do I need to pay extra for wrapping?

From the finest paper to velvet ribbon, we love creating beautifully wrapped gifts, and our custom wrapping service is included in our fees for both Individual and Corporate gifting. All wrapping is free of any Magpie & Co branding.

 

Do I need to pay for delivery?

Delivery fees are calculated based on delivery location and shipping methods, as well as item weight and dimensions. For detailed delivery information, please click here.

How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on the gift you select. Estimated delivery dates will be outlined alongside your gift options, but it normally takes about 3-5 business days from the moment you select and pay your gift. When you fill in your initial questionnaire, it’s very important to include the date you need the gift delivered by, so we can work within your timeline. For those with time constraints, please do get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Can I track my delivery?

 Yes, you will receive a tracking code as soon as the gift or item leaves our studio.

 

Will anyone know that I’ve used Magpie & Co?

Not if you don’t want them to. We offer complete discretion for those who want it. All Individual gifts are shipped out in plain boxes and all wrapping is free of any Magpie & Co branding.

Is there a minimum price for the gift?

No, we are happy to present gift ideas for any budget, whether that’s £100 or £100,000+.

 

What happens if I don’t like any of the gift options?

We begin with a comprehensive questionnaire or phone consultation, which helps us understand your budget, timeline and objectives, as well as in-depth information about the recipient, so we usually get it spot on.
